A well-regarded law firm in Devon is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its friendly and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property matters who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. The firm offers high-quality work, genuine mentoring and the opportunity to gradually build your own caseload with guidance from experienced colleagues.


The Role
  • Assisting on a broad range of commercial property transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, transfers and related legal documentation
  • Supporting on acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
  • Conducting title reviews and Land Registry work
  • Progressively managing your own caseload with ongoing support and development
Some residential property exposure may arise as part of the wider team workload, but commercial property experience and interest are essential for this role.


About You
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or up to 2 years’ PQE
  • Previous experience within commercial property law
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress within commercial property
