Enfield | Up to £85,000 + Package + Progression
A well-established main contractor with multiple divisions is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of cladding, façade, recladding, building envelope and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of cladding, façade and external envelope projects
- Preparing and reviewing pricing, variations and change control
- Managing subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts
- Producing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
- Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Contract administration and risk management
- Liaising with clients, site teams and subcontractors
- Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Ensuring commercial targets and project profitability are achieved
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
- Experience with cladding, recladding, façade, EWS, fire remediation or external wall system projects preferred
- Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
